If you haven't received the keys yet, you can cancel your order. However, you cannot cancel your order if the keys have already been delivered.

WholesaleGameKey does not create a special discount for its users. Once you are logged in to your account, you can view and purchase games on sale in the 'Deals' tab.

All game keys on the platform are delivered by nearly 700 global suppliers. We've fully verified them to keep your business secure.

When you complete your order, we will send the e-invoice sent with the keys to the e-mail address where you are registered in the system. You can also visit the 'Order History' page if you want to view and download your invoices.

We provide the necessary checks before adding the games to our stocks. If you have any problems with game keys (for example, previously used, invalid, or missing a few letters), please read the instructions carefully to resolve your issue. After logging in to your account, click on the 'Report false Key' button from the menus and fill in the information requested from you completely. Or, email us using sales@wholesalegamekey.com. Do not send your customer a replacement key or issue a refund until you hear from us. This is to eliminate possible scams!

When your order is successfully completed, the keys are automatically sent to your registered e-mail address via excel file. You can also view and download your keys from the "Order History" page.
